Qualified professionals
Licensed clinical leadership would determine assessments, treatment decisions, referral pathways and supervision. We do not yet know whether the future model will be outpatient, residential, or a combination.
A LONG-TERM VISION · NOT AN OPERATING FACILITY
Our goal is a professionally staffed substance-use recovery center where people can seek appropriate care without paying out of pocket. It must be safe, adequately funded, and built with qualified experts—not announced before we're ready.
There is no High Frequency Ministry treatment facility, admissions process, detoxification, or clinical service operating today. The following is a developing plan, not an offer of care.
WHY WE WANT TO BUILD IT
Substance use affects individuals, families and communities. People seeking help deserve qualified care and a realistic path forward regardless of how much money they have.
Our founder wants to help reverse the harm drugs have caused in neighborhoods through prevention, access to recovery support, and practical opportunities for lasting change.
Our intention is to cover eligible care costs through philanthropic support, appropriate grants, and other lawful funding arrangements—not charge patients directly.
This is a future goal, not a guarantee that all clinical services will be free, that a particular grant exists, or that admission will be available.
RECOVERY DESERVES REAL EXPERTISE
Licensed clinical leadership would determine assessments, treatment decisions, referral pathways and supervision. We do not yet know whether the future model will be outpatient, residential, or a combination.
We envision compassionate, evidence-informed care with appropriate mental-health and recovery-support connections. Spiritual participation should always be voluntary and never a condition for appropriate treatment.
Where appropriate, participants could be connected with job skills, entrepreneurship mentoring, food and housing resources, and supportive community relationships.
THE COST DOES NOT DISAPPEAR
Opening and operating a responsible facility would require trained people, safe premises, insurance, privacy protections, clinical supervision, and long-term reserves. Sustainability has to come before opening doors.
Possible contributions from individuals, foundations, athletes, or other philanthropic supporters after proper charitable setup.
Potential grants or institutional funding if qualified, with honest applications and compliance with grant requirements.
Relationships with established healthcare and social-service organizations, subject to appropriate agreements.
Transparent budgets, accountable operations, documented charitable purpose, and safeguards against private benefit.
THE BUILD PATH
Learn local needs and work with established, qualified providers on referrals before opening a facility.
Recruit qualified leadership and determine the appropriate level of care, premises, licensing and safety requirements.
Develop budgets, grant eligibility, donor processes, staffing plans, oversight and financial reserves.
Secure necessary approvals, staff, clinical protocols and accountability before offering admissions.
No facility, license, grant, signed clinical partnership, or opening date is claimed on this page.
PREVENTION THROUGH OPPORTUNITY
We also want to help young men find legitimate ways to earn and build businesses, reducing the pull of illegal activity. Our practical mission reaches beyond the future facility into communities and families.
We welcome introductory conversations with qualified treatment professionals, community providers, educators, and prospective philanthropic partners.
