Clarity is part of care
Trust begins
with telling the truth.
This website describes a developing ministry. Here is what has been decided, what remains planned, and what this website does not represent.
Where we stand.
| Identity & purpose | High Frequency Ministry is the selected creative identity for a ministry being developed by Kadarious Kassanova Pope. |
|---|---|
| Program availability | Mentorship, recovery-related work, food and housing support, wellness education, and gatherings are in development. Enrollment is not open. |
| Recovery center | A long-term vision, not an operating or licensed ministry facility. No admissions or clinical services are available here. |
| Donations & fundraising | No contributions are being accepted through this website. No tax-deductibility claim, awarded grant, or fundraising target is announced. |
| Trust & governance | A ministry trust is being considered. Legal formation, governing documents, oversight, and relevant requirements remain to be finalized and reviewed. |
| Commercial relationships | A future supplement company may support the ministry through donations. It is a separate commercial vision; no contribution arrangement or product offer is announced. |
Proposed religious
organization structure.
The founder intends to establish a religious ministry and is considering a ministry trust and possible reliance on the church exception under Internal Revenue Code § 508(c)(1)(A), subject to qualification and final legal and tax review.
Section 508(c)(1)(A) concerns exceptions to certain application and notice requirements for churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions or associations of churches. It is not a stand-alone exemption category. Qualifying organizations must still meet the applicable requirements of section 501(c)(3).
We have not established through this website that the ministry qualifies as a church or meets that exception. No claim of IRS recognition, confirmed tax-exempt status, or deductibility of donations is being made.
Commitments we are building around.
Dignity without conditions
Our intended approach is to respect each person regardless of circumstances or spiritual beliefs. Charitable access should not require buying a product, accepting a belief, or becoming a business lead.
Clear financial and organizational boundaries
The ministry is not a financing product, a supplement storefront, or an extension of SpearTip’s commercial intake. Governing documents, separate finances, conflicts-of-interest safeguards, and appropriate oversight must support any future relationship with a founder-affiliated business.
Clinical care belongs with qualified professionals
Future treatment work will require appropriate professional leadership and authorization. This site offers neither diagnosis nor treatment and makes no claim that herbs or spiritual practices cure illness or addiction.
Honest representation
There are no invented program results, beneficiary testimonials, active partner logos, treatment-facility images, or donation totals. Our founder’s portrait is his existing approved image; the gold wordmarks are brand artwork, not photographs of ministry premises.
Participation without confusion.
The planned giving page, merchandise concepts, and community vision are informational. No donation, purchase, membership, or event enrollment is enabled. Free community participation and optional financial support are intended as distinct relationships.
An ordination document has not been supplied for site verification. No issuing body, credential date, or verification image has been invented. Any future display will be reviewed and redacted before publication.
